Here's a plan for a Round Robin

Al        >    Birgit

Marko  <   Walter  
 
Round 1: create a 10min sound file and send it along as follows -
Al           >      Birgit
Birgit      >      Walter
Walter    >      Marko
Marko    >      Al    

Round 2: respond to the file you have recieved, then send both files along (as above)    
Round 3: respond to the two files ypu have recieved,  then send all three files along

Round 4: respond to  the three files you have recieved, then send all four files to Al for mixing !!!

The result will be four 10min tracks -
    Track 1: Initiated by Al, responses by Birgit then Walter and, finally, Marko
    Track 2: Initiated by Birgit, responses by Walter then Marko and, finally Al
    Track 3: Initiated by Walter, responses by Marko then Al and, finally, Birgit
    Track 4: Initiated by Marko, responses by Al then Birgit and, finally, Walter
